Our emergency lighting options provide reliable, bright light in the event of a power outage or emergency. We offer a variety of styles and options to fit your business needs.

While we’re out completing your hood system, inspection and fire extinguishers, we also offer an annual inspection on your emergency and exit lighting. we provide the annual inspection and can replace batteries and bulbs.
ProTex II & Pyro-Chem Pre-Engineered Fire Suppression Systems
We specialize in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of ProTex II and Pyro-Chem pre-engineered kitchen hood fire suppression systems. These UL-300 compliant systems provide reliable protection for commercial kitchens, food trucks, and restaurant operations. We verify proper nozzle selection, appliance coverage, piping, detection, and system operation to meet NFPA 17A and manufacturer requirements.
ANSUL R-102 System Inspections
We inspect ANSUL R-102 kitchen hood fire suppression systems for commercial kitchens and facilities. Our service includes fusible link replacement, nozzle alignment, piping checks, pressure and detection verification, appliance lineup review, system reset, and full operational testing. Inspection reports are submitted to The Compliance Engine or LIVSafe to meet local AHJ requirements.
We provide full inspections for food truck and mobile kitchen fire suppression systems. Our service includes nozzle and hood coverage verification, checking the cylinder charge, fusible link replacement, manual pull testing, system reset, and confirming all components meet NFPA 17A and UL-300 requirements. Inspection reports can be submitted to The Compliance Engine or LIVSafe when required.
We install complete ProTex II and Pyro-Chem pre-engineered kitchen hood fire suppression systems for new restaurants, remodels, and food trucks. Installations include equipment layout verification, proper nozzle selection, bracket and pipe installation, detection and pull station setup, and full operational testing. Our systems are UL-300 compliant and meet all NFPA 17A requirements.
