- No $69 on-site service fee — bring your extinguishers to us
- Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Curbside Fire Extinguisher Service is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–12:30 PM, except holidays and special office days. Appointment required. Drop-off instructions and the Raleigh service location will be confirmed after scheduling.
On-Site Service
Convenient when you can't transport your extinguishers.

Service Details
Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Annual fire extinguisher inspections are required by the NFPA 10 standard and most local fire codes. During an annual inspection, we verify that each extinguisher is in its designated location, fully charged, and free of visible damage or corrosion. We check the pull pin, tamper seal, pressure gauge, and operating instructions, and we apply an annual inspection tag.
If an extinguisher requires recharging, internal maintenance, or hydrostatic testing, we'll let you know what's needed and the cost before proceeding.
Commercial Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression
Commercial kitchen fire suppression systems are required for most commercial cooking operations and typically require inspection every six months. FireSafeTee provides semiannual inspections, service, and qualified installation of CaptiveAire TANK and CORE and ProTex II kitchen hood fire suppression systems.
We can permit and install CaptiveAire TANK and CORE and ProTex II kitchen fire suppression systems. We inspect and service existing systems, including ANSUL R-102, Buckeye, Badger, Amerex, and PYRO-CHEM, where applicable.
Kitchen hood suppression inspections include checking nozzles, fusible links, pull stations, gas shut-off valves, and the agent cylinder. We verify that the system is properly configured for the cooking equipment under the hood.
Food Truck Fire Suppression Inspections
Food trucks with commercial cooking equipment are typically required to have a fire suppression system installed and inspected on the same schedule as brick-and-mortar restaurants. FireSafeTee provides food truck fire suppression inspections and service to keep your mobile operation compliant and protected.
CaptiveAire CORE & TANK Fire Suppression
FireSafeTee provides service for CaptiveAire CORE and TANK commercial kitchen fire suppression systems. CORE uses water-based suppression with electronic detection, while TANK uses wet-chemical suppression with electronic detection.

FireSafeTee provides digital inspection reports so you always have documentation of your fire safety inspections. We use The Compliance Engine and LIVSafe for digital reporting and compliance documentation.
Digital reports make it easy to share inspection records with your insurance company, property manager, or local fire marshal when needed.
Flexible Payment Options
FireSafeTee accepts cash, checks, ACH bank transfers, debit cards, and major credit cards through Square. Our team can securely accept contactless payments using Tap to Pay on iPhone. Cash and checks can be accepted at the time of service, while ACH payments may require additional processing time. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.
